The Hotel Boulderado is a luxury hotel, conference center, and community gathering space, featuring several lively restaurants and bars. Since 1909, it had been a central destination in downtown Boulder. The main building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is recognized as a landmark by the City of Boulder. We collaborated closely with the owners of this historic structure to provide design guidance for various interior and exterior renovation projects. Our team assisted the client with feasibility studies for adding a modern elevator to the historic building. Additionally, we oversaw renovations to the annex, transforming the existing conference center into 14 new hotel rooms, complete with several private patio spaces and a new accessible entrance.
