Feasibility & Conceptual Massing
We offer early stage analysis on a property, referred to as feasibility, to help our clients determine the viability of a building on a site. Along with initial planning and massing studies, in the Concept Design phase, we translate your vision into creative and functional ideas. Through sketches, diagrams, and massing models, we explore access, layout, and form. This process involves many iterations and establishes the conceptual direction, ensuring alignment with your goals, site conditions, and budget before moving into schematic and design development.
Planning & Entitlement
Sopher Sparn has over 40 years of experience in the Boulder County and Denver Metro areas, giving us the necessary expertise to help you select a site for your project and bring the project through complex planning and entitlement processes. Our expertise in this process spans Zoning Code knowledge and analysis into relationships with municipal Planning Departments.
Visualization
We develop high-quality renderings, illustrations, and 3D models to clearly convey design concepts and support project understanding throughout the design process. These tools help our clients visualize space, materiality, and form long before construction begins.
Construction Phase Service
Construction is the final phase of a project, where Sopher Sparn will act as your advocate as construction progresses. We efficiently manage the submittal process and actively participate with contractors to efficiently build the project.
Technology
We leverage advanced tools like LiDAR scanning for precise model generation, virtual reality VR/AR for immersive design exploration, and BIM to enhance coordination and efficiency throughout the design process.
Sustainability
