Sopher Sparn Architects guided the planning and entitlement of the Violla Townhomes, a key residential component of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School Master Plan. Adjacent to the new Waldorf high school, also designed by our firm, the townhomes were integrated to support the school’s long-term vision while meeting the goals of a new landowner. Our team managed two Site Review Amendments—transitioning the site to fee simple ownership and allowing additional height for sloped roofs—ensuring alignment with neighborhood character. The project reflects our expertise in entitlement strategy, contextual design, and balancing institutional and private development needs.
