Gemini embodies modern, elevated living. The unique property was designed as twin geometries split at the center, resulting in two multi-level paired homes overlooking Boulder’s beautiful Pearl Street neighborhood. The interior of the homes was custom designed on each side, with primary spaces on the second and third floors and tertiary spaces on the first floor.
