Flatiron Vista is an urban infill redevelopment project located in the heart of Boulder, CO. This project features a boutique collection of six residences, all of which offer unobstructed views of the Flatirons. The buildings are wrapped in metal siding, brick, and cedar, and they prominently command the corner of Folsom and Spruce streets. The site falls within several land-use districts, resulting in the development of two attached units at the north end and four attached townhouses at the south end.
