Location: City of Boulder, CO | Size: 46,323 SF | Completed: 2018

The Washington Village project was meticulously executed in two phases, showcasing a blend of historical preservation and modern development. The first phase involved the careful rehabilitation of a historic school building, preserving its architectural integrity while updating it for contemporary use. The second phase included comprehensive master planning and entitlement processes for the construction of six single-family homes and seven multi-family structures, reflecting the community's needs. Additionally, executive architectural services were utilized to design a mixed-use co-housing community, enhancing the overall livability of the area. The project comprises a total of 36 residential units, with 10 units reserved as permanently affordable housing. Recognized as a national benchmark, Washington Village exemplifies environmentally responsible and sustainable neighborhood development, promoting a harmonious coexistence between community growth and ecological stewardship.
