Sopher Sparn Architects successfully completed the master planning and entitlement process for The Province Student Living, a mixed-use building featuring four stories and 84 residential units, along with a renovated and landmarked clubhouse and apartment office. The development also includes an underground parking garage. The Sopher Sparn team guided the project through both the concept plan review and site plan review, leading to approvals from the Planning Board and the Landmarks Design Review Committee. This project is situated at the former site of the Boulder First Christian Church, a distinctive landmark in Boulder since its construction in 1961.
