Railyards is an industrial-inspired, trackside commercial building set along a pedestrian-friendly Woonerf, offering retail, office, and restaurant spaces. With stunning mountain views from multi-floor balconies, abundant natural light, and distinctive factory-style windows, it stands out. Large garage doors on the west side link the retail space to the lively Woonerf, while the east side features nine vibrant murals by the Boulder Creative Collective. This building is one of four sites designed by Sopher Sparn within the S’PARK Neighborhood, combining functional design with artistic flair.
