oLiv Boulder is a mixed-use development in the heart of Boulder, featuring 146 rental units and over 10,000 square feet of retail space. Created in collaboration with Antunovich Architects and the local community, oLiv integrates shared common areas, ground-floor retail, and restaurant spaces. The residences include studios and one to four-bedroom apartments, catering to a diverse range of tenants. Designed to be modern and community-oriented, the piano-shaped building offers two internal courtyards and a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, providing breathtaking views of the Flatirons and foothills. Sustainability features include three pollinator rain gardens, a 64.3 kW rooftop photovoltaic array generating about 91 MWh annually, high-efficiency vinyl windows with Low-E glazing, and Energy Star-rated appliances.
