Our work spans high-end custom residential, affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, private schools, mixed-use commercial, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and land-use planning.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator leads SSA’s marketing, communications, and business development efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s external presence by telling our story through digital platforms, proposals, awards, and publications while supporting leadership in strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, visual thinker, and organized project manager who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused environment
Responsibilities
Manage and update the firm website, including posting new projects, and coordinating project photography.
Manage and actively engage on SSA’s social media platforms (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Houzz, Pinterest), scheduling 4–8 weeks of content at a time.
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and engagement metrics.
Prepare and distribute quarterly blogs on the website and the company newsletter via Mailchimp.
Coordinate award submissions and manage sponsorships and event participation.
Review BidNet notifications for relevant project opportunities to pursue, Write, design, and coordinate RFP and RFQ responses as needed.
Maintain accurate project and resume data for use in proposals and the firm website.
Coordinate advertisement and sponsorship opportunities.
Coordinate major firm events, including:
Spring Social
RiNo First Friday Open Studios (seasonal)
Design project materials such as job site signs, presentation boards, and PowerPoint presentations.
Maintain inventory of swag and branded materials used for business events and recruiting.
Lead the marketing group to support strategic planning goals and initiatives.

Detail-Oriented Editor: Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and content composition skills.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, proactively solving problems, and jumping into new tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years of marketing and business development experience (A/E/C industry preferred).
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Social media and digital marketing experience preferred.

Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Squarespace
Social media management platforms (e.g., Later)
Mailchimp
Location: Boulder, CO
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (based on interest, skillset, and abilities)
Schedule: To be determined with candidate
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
