Location: Erie, CO

Canyon Creek is a residential infill project located in Erie, Colorado. The site is zoned for medium-density housing, and Sopher Sparn Architects led the team in designing and obtaining approval for the project from the Town of Erie. The project consists of six buildings, each containing twelve paired homes that are approximately 1800 square feet each. The homes are designed to be energy-efficient and feature low-maintenance exterior finishes. Additionally, half of the homes will have rooftop decks above the garage, providing additional private outdoor space.
