Boulder Creek Commons

This is an annex-able enclave consisting of 115, 1-4 bedroom residences in attached and detached configurations. In addition, 50% will be deed restricted permanently affordable units and 50% will be middle income market rate units—a true mix of residential scale and incomes. Intended to be a Net Zero development, this project is slated to go before Boulder City Planning Board in 2017.
